34th Quebec Harm Reduction Conference

The 34th edition of the Quebec Harm Reduction Conference will be held online on April 15 and 22, from 1 pm. to 5 p.m. under the theme Substance Regulation: People at the Heart of Solutions.

The objectives of the 34th edition are the following:

-Take a critical look at the impact of drug policies on the people who use them, their families and society;

-Identify needs for drug policy changes that respect human rights;

-Identify actions to reduce the harms of prohibition.
